At Awa In Art, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our returns policy carefully, as we provide custom-made print-on-demand products.

Due to the customized nature of our products, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the items are defective, damaged, or incorrectly printed. Please verify carefully all order details, including sizing, color, and design before finalizing your purchase.

If you receive a defective or damaged product, or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@awainart.com within 14 days of receiving your order. In your message, please provide:

• Your order number
• Clear photos showing the defect or printing error
• A brief description of the issue

Upon reviewing your request and confirming the issue, we will promptly offer you a replacement or issue a refund, depending on your preference and item availability. If a refund is processed, it will be issued to your original payment method.

Please do not return products without prior approval, as unauthorized returns will not be processed.
